Jetex Cat-Back Exhaust for the Volvo S90/V90 Diesel 17+

The Jetex cat-back system fits to the end of the original downpipe’s 2-bolt flange. Piping is straight through 3″/76.5mm up to the rear silencer where it splits left and right inside the silencer and exits with a bore size of 2.5″/63.5mm.

The tailpipes are twin 90mm round (rolled in) with the outside tip of each pair slightly set back to follow the bumper contours. The original polygonal shaped chrome trim must be removed to allow the Jetex tailpipes to fit.

Each system is supplied with a full fitting kit, including the gasket for the downpipe flange.

An extra modification that is always worthwhile considering is to fit a performance filter to replace the standard, restrictive paper version. Our cotton-gauze filters allow maximum air flow, while ensuring the air charge is clean over a longer period of time. Even when the Jetex filter is coated in dirt, there is still excellent filtration and so it performs better for longer. Of course, Jetex filters can be washed and then lightly re-oiled for the next cycle.
