Dimensions are outside diameter. Ends are not flared or slotted. Select material and diameter for exact parts available (top left of this page).
• Silencers
All silencer boxes are straight through absorption designed. Noise is reduced by absorption through a centre perforated tube. The tube is wrapped with stainless wool and then filled with blown e-glass wool. Consequently, there is less gas flow restriction and so back pressure is reduced, torque is increased and engine performance is enhanced. Choose from a wide variety of silencers; Oval or round, aluminised or stainless steel and many inlet/outlet options;
Round
Oval
Splitter (centre in, twin outlet)
Transverse (ideal as a rear silencer)
Offset Outlet – Bottom
Offset Outlet – Right
Offset Outlet – Bottom Right
• Flexible Joints – Polylock
Polylock flexible hosing is ideally used in low impact applications. These parts should be used further towards the back of the exhaust and in low stress conditions.
Polylock hosing dimensions are inside diameter. To fit this hosing to existing pipework, it has to be slotted and clamped, or welded in place.
• Flexible Joints – ILOK
Our range of flex connectors is ideal for use before the catalytic converter where temperatures are high, engine movement is high and there is considerable gas noise.
Iloks can withstand up to 1100 degrees centigrade. The interlock liner creates an air gap between the liner and bellows improving the cooling of the exhaust gas.
The main flex bellows unit is made from stainless steel to take front to back exhaust movement, while the stainless outer braid helps prevent torsional exhaust movement. Pipework can be inserted into the end caps allowing the flex to be welded in place.
We also offer ‘soft’ bellows where there is less outer braid, allowing more longitudinal movement and creates a product that is up to 40% lighter.
• Flexible Joints – Compensators
Compensators prevent fracture between the downpipe and the rest of the exhaust system. One end is flared/slotted.
• Flanges
2 Bolt → Pair of mild steel flanges with gasket (1.75, 2″ and 2.5″).
3 Bolt → Pair of mild steel flanges with gasket (2.5″ and 3″).
3 Bolt Flange Assembly → Pair of stainless steel flanges with ‘O’ ring, with extra stainless pipework welded to each flange (2.5″ and 3″ – stainless steel only).
To finish off a custom exhaust or to improve the look of a standard exhaust system, Jetex offer a wide range of tail-trims (round, oval, square, slash-cut and many more) to fit 1.75″ to 3.5″ pipe diameters. We offer clamp-on or weldable tail-trims.
• Pipe Spacers/Shims
These small, but very useful mild steel parts allow two pipes that don’t easily push over one another (gap is too large) to be joined together by filling in the space between them. Made from a mix of mild and aluminised steel apart from the 51-50mm shim which is 1mm thick stainless steel. Select material and diameter for exact parts available (top left of this page).
• Fittings
Jetex offer a wide variety of fittings to allow parts to be hung correctly under the car.

• Decibel Reducers
Ideal for sound reduction when using 2″, 2.5″ and 3″ pipework. Decibel reducers should be placed inside a minimum of 300mm length of tubing and self-tapped or welded in place. These parts are a cost effective method of sound damping.
